Kevin Williams brings a distinctive combination of corporate leadership, international business experience, and real estate expertise to his clients across Georgia and North Carolina.
Before entering real estate, Kevin built a successful corporate career working with some of the world’s largest companies and retailers. His experience includes leadership roles with major international organizations, including serving as President of a German company in Mexico, working with Kodak during its years as one of the world’s most recognized brands, and spending a decade with a Japanese company. His career has taken him throughout the United States and internationally, giving him a broad perspective on business, negotiation, investment, and relationship building.
Today, Kevin applies that experience to both commercial and residential real estate, representing investors, developers, business owners, buyers, and sellers. His commercial work includes land and development opportunities, investment properties, multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and business-related real estate transactions. On the residential side, Kevin assists clients with buying, selling, investing, and relocation.
Kevin is a licensed real estate broker in both Georgia and North Carolina and is the Founder of JKW Real Estate Group in North Carolina. In Georgia, he is affiliated with Reagan & Reid, allowing him to serve clients and investment opportunities across both states.
His professional development includes the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS®, the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, and international real estate education through the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) program. Kevin is also involved with NAIOP, reflecting his continuing focus on commercial real estate and development.
Kevin believes real estate is ultimately a business of relationships, trust, sound analysis, and execution. Whether working with a family purchasing a home, an owner preparing to sell, or an investor evaluating a multimillion-dollar opportunity, his goal is the same: provide professional guidance, communicate clearly, and help clients make well-informed real estate decisions.
